If for any reason you're not satisfied with your Pawz Supply LLC - pawzsupply.com purchase, we're here to help. You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days from the date you received your order.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging, with tags attached.
- Food items, including treats, must remain unopened to qualify for an exchange.
- We cannot accept returns on opened food products due to safety concerns.
- Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase for processing.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of your returned items. If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
